Warranty Policy

Each Muzi watch comes with a free 6-months limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects specifically related to the movement under normal use.

Limited Edition Coverage
For special limited edition or custom pieces, we offer extended coverage of 18 months to ensure that your unique timepiece is protected.

What’s Covered

Watch Movement: Coverage includes any defects in the movement (e.g., Seiko NH35), ensuring optimal performance.

What’s Not Covered
Movement Issues Due to Misuse: Damage caused by misuse, particularly from activities such as swimming or showering, is not covered. While our watches are rated at 5 ATM water resistance, which protects against normal water exposure (like rain or splashes), they are not designed for swimming or submersion in water.

Normal Wear and Tear: This warranty does not cover cosmetic issues or defects outside of the movement.

Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims
All shipping costs related to warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer, including sending the watch to Muzi Watches for inspection.

Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at support@muziwatches.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos. We’ll inspect the watch and inform you of the warranty status within 2 weeks.

Non-affiliation Notice
Muzi Watches is an independent company and is not affiliated with Seiko or any other brand. This warranty applies solely to defects in the movement of watches assembled by Muzi.

Extended Warranty Option
For added peace of mind, you can purchase a 1 or 2-year warranty extension. This extension covers movement defects under normal use.

Limitations
The warranty only covers defects in the movement; it does not cover any other part of the watch, including but not limited to:

1. Damage from exposure to water from activities such as swimming or showering.

To ensure the longevity of your watch, we recommend avoiding such activities.
