From the moment you place your order to the final delivery, we strive to provide an experience that reflects the craftsmanship of our unique timepieces. Please review our comprehensive shipping policy below, which includes estimated timelines, shipping options, and important details to ensure a seamless experience.

Overall Standard Delivery Timeline 

From the time you place your order, please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for your watch to be delivered to your doorstep. This timeframe includes order processing, component sourcing, assembly, quality control, and shipping. Here’s a breakdown of the entire timeline:

  1. Order Processing and Lead Time: 2-3 weeks total, including:

    • Order Processing: 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, during which we prepare your order for assembly.

    • Component Sourcing & Assembly: Our expert watchmakers source premium parts and assemble each piece by hand, taking special care to ensure precision and durability. This process takes maximum 10 business days.

    • Quality Control: Every watch undergoes a meticulous quality check to meet our highest standards of craftsmanship and luxury.

  2. Shipping Time (after the assembly and quality control phase is complete):

    • Within the Netherlands: 2-3 business days

    • Within Europe:

      • Standard shipping: 2-6 business days

    • International Shipping: 5-10 business days, depending on the destination.

Priority Delivery & Assembly:

For an expedited process, you can select priority delivery and assembly at checkout. This option reduces the assembly time to 5 business days (instead of the usual 10 business days), while shipping times remain as outlined above. Please note, priority assembly applies to the time required to prepare your watch for shipment, not the shipping duration itself.

Note: Delivery times exclude the processing and lead time for both standard and priority assembly. External factors, such as customs clearance, holidays, or unforeseen carrier delays, may impact delivery.

Custom Orders & Supply of Parts

For fully customized watches that require specific parts not currently in stock, additional time may be necessary to source these premium components. We are dedicated to using only the finest quality parts, and this process may add a few extra business days to the overall delivery time, depending on part availability.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Worldwide Premium Shipping: We offer complimentary shipping internationally on all orders.

Each shipment includes tracking information so you can monitor your order’s progress in real-time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. To follow your shipment’s progress, you can:

  • Visit our Track Your Order page, where you can input your tracking number for real-time updates.

  • Alternatively, use the tracking number directly on the carrier’s website for detailed information.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers, including DHL, FedEx, Post NL and UPS, to ensure your timepiece is delivered safely and on time. Each shipment is fully insured for added peace of mind.

Customs & Duties

For international customers, all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees are included in the shipping costs, ensuring a hassle-free experience with no unexpected charges upon delivery. However, customers outside Europe may still be responsible for any local taxes or duties imposed by their government. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations for further details.

Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information on returns and exchanges:

  • Custom-Modified Watches on personal request: Not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • Custom-Modified Watches from the collection: You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at support@muziwatches.com. All shipments are fully insured, and our support team will assist you in promptly resolving any issues.

Delivery of Watches on Request

For watches built on request or custom orders, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for production and assembly. After assembly, shipping will follow the delivery times mentioned above.
