The customer service is the best I've ever had. My watch got seized by the Border force they because of a mistake on their behalf. I contacted Gabriela and they sent out another watch no problems at all. I received it the other day and I couldn't be happier. When I save up enough money I'll be going back to buy the nautilus. As I said before the customer service is outstanding. Cheers once again Gabriela for an outstanding job The customer service is the best I've ever had.
